The owner of Coily Clips and Strategic Instincts is Talei Hornback, a seasoned strategist and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience in advertising, marketing, and branding. Motivated by her daughter’s challenge of not being able to find clip-in hair extensions for curly hair, she founded Coily Clips to fill that gap in the retail market and create culturally relevant, inclusive hair accessories for little girls. Parallel to her product brand, Talei leads Strategic Instincts, a Phoenix-based consulting firm that provides premier marketing and brand strategy support to agencies, organizations, and partners, blending deep consumer insight with data-driven planning to help businesses grow and thrive.
