Vicky was born in Cleveland, MS and later moved to Gary, IN, and had 4 children. One day Vicky got in the kitchen and pulled out some simple ingredients to make pancakes for her kids. And, that’s when her famous recipe for “Vicky Cakes” was born! Word spread around town and soon family and friends couldn’t resist her light and fluffy pancakes. In 2019, Vicky’s youngest daughter Christian and husband Cortney, turned Vicky’s recipe into a packaged product for mass production. “Vicky Cakes” quickly became a household name and has been bringing hungry families back to the table for good food and good memories.
Co-owned by Courtney Sargent
