Business Owner
Tolu Akindunni (MBA, MA, BSc) is a social entrepreneur, venture accelerator, and nonprofit leader with nearly two decades of global experience across four continents. As the founder of *All Things Black and Beautiful*, she connects people, businesses and missions to create meaningful opportunities and drive community-centered impact, with a deep commitment to uplifting underrepresented businesses. Her career includes influential roles at global brands such as Saint-Gobain and Emirates Airlines, where she helped fuel growth and foster customer-centric innovation. Drawing on her own diverse career journey, Tolu supports entrepreneurs and corporate leaders in reinventing their business models to navigate transformation and achieve sustainable performance, and she has served on multiple nonprofit boards, including as the 2023–24 President of NAWBO’s Dallas–Fort Worth Chapter.
