Quantella Simmons-Kinard lives an intentional life where she puts God first, family second, and career third. Born and raised in the upstate of SC by 2 hardworking parents she has always understood the importance of honesty, entrepreneurship, and humility. After purchasing her first home at the age of 22 and many of her peers asking her how she was able to purchase at such a young age-she thought she’d add real estate to her list of a host of other professional licenses she has (in the financial services industry). In 3 years, she has built a business based on high standards and the pure love of helping others. In her office, she was a first-year capper and serves on the Agent Leadership Counsel. Quantella is committed and passionate about helping young adults grow to their full potential through the Quantum Leap Program (KWKC.org) and the endless resources in the community. She has even become international, taking her real estate endeavors to the Dominican Republic.In her spare time, Quantella enjoys painting, ministry, and traveling with her husband and their daughter.
