Niyama Yogi Traveler is a Maryland-based company that offers the option of bringing yoga classes and workshops to businesses, schools, offices, conferences, retreats, gyms and private events. We strive to make yoga inclusive, more accessible and meet people where they are. By bringing yoga into the places where people already are, we help to develop and strengthen community, lower stress/tension/anxiety, and increase overall health and wellness.Whether you’re looking for on-site or virtual classes, we’ll work with you to find the best fit for your team. Our class offerings include mat yoga, desk stretch (aka chair yoga), and guided meditation. We host large or small team on-sites, virtually, or we can create special hybrid options. We also offer private instruction. No matter the format, we will be there to guide you every step (and stretch) of the way.We work locally, nationally, and internationally to develop functional yoga programs. We strive to bring yoga to resorts, retreats, gyms, businesses, schools, adult/child care facilities and just about anywhere else you can lay a yoga mat!
