As a mental health awareness movement, we offer journals, oils and community that helps women begin looking as fine on the inside as they do on the outside :) Our best-selling Hey Girl, Heal journal is known by our customers as "Healing in a Handbook" and can be used outside of therapy and in-between sessions. Hey Girl, Heal was founded in 2018 after Tahauya broke off her engagement only 5 months before walking down the aisle so that she could find herself after attracting her spouse from a broken place.
