Our services include: Energy Healing - Reiki and Crystal Reiki healing;Reiki and Crystal healing are similar in that they are both energy healing techniques used to restore (or support) mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual balance in the body. With Reiki, the practitioner uses light or no touch to direct energy to the client’s body. In Crystal healing, the practitioner lays crystals on the body to send energy that is specific to the client’s needs. Personal Development Coaching - one on one and small groups; Topics include - Shadow Work, creating an Enlightened Relationship with yourself and others, creating/maintaining healthy boundaries, overcoming sabotaging behaviors, and vision and goal setting.
