Blossom & Grow's purpose is to bring a renewed sense of healing to Survivors of Domestic Violence, Rape, Sex Trafficking and Teen Dating Violence and their families through Plant Therapy Workshops and Plant Therapy Sessions/Plant Therapy family nights. We at Blossom and Grow believe the way to stop the cycle of Violent Traumas is to initiate the healing process with the survivors and their families.Hi, I'm Stacey I am a single mother of 4 children and received my BSW from Alvernia University, PA and UMUC in Maryland. I've worked as a social worker for over 22 years providing support and service coordination to individuals with Disabilities and their families, a Trauma Social Worker, a Resident Social Worker for Low Income housing residents, Rape counselor, Grief and Loss Counselor for women and couples experiencing infant death and miscarriage. As the Owner of Blossom and Grow my goals include providing healing space from trauma, using Plant therapy dedicated to survivors of domestic violence, rape, sex trafficking, teen dating violence and other traumas . Encouraging them to use plant therapy to begin the healing process and growth towards a more balanced life through workshops and classes with plant cultivation, garden care, music, meditation, and painting.
