Boss Up Culture, Inc

Boss Up Culture is a 501c3 committed to improving the workplace by bringing awareness to the epidemic of workplace bullying abuse. We provide short-term funding for targets impacted by this abuse who don't have insurance coverage or haven't met their deductible for mental healthcare or substance abuse support. We also offer online coaching for employees to help them navigate toxic work environments and consulting for employers to provide education and a solution to this growing issue.
