Create Noise was founded by filmmaker Andrea Williamson in 2018, is an independent distribution, arts, and advocacy collective based in Los Angeles. Focused on amplifying voices of underrepresented filmmakers, particularly women and people of color, Create Noise champions diverse storytelling through film production, distribution, and community outreach. Its mission promotes social justice and inclusion in the entertainment industry.
