Come-Passionate Coaching is a Wellness Coaching business for Black women aged 50 and over. At Come-Passionate Coaching, I strive to create a space of safety, compassion, and understanding for Black women who have been historically overlooked and underserved. My goal is to provide a holistic approach to wellness coaching, recognizing that physical, mental, and emotional well-being are intertwined and can be addressed through nutrition, self-care, movement, and mindfulness.
