Living Better Life LLC is an equity-centered entrepreneurial support organization dedicated to empowering underserved, rural, minority, and women entrepreneurs across Eastern North Carolina. Founded by Bridget Phifer, an engineer, mindset coach, and ecosystem builder, LBL helps individuals launch, grow, and sustain successful businesses through culturally responsive education, digital equity training, and strategic mentorship.Living Better Life has supported more than 300+ small businesses, helping secure over millions in funding, strengthening digital literacy, and driving community-centered economic development across Nash, Edgecombe, Halifax, Wilson, and surrounding counties. Our programs are designed by, for, and with the communities we serve.As an NC IDEA ECOSYSTEM Partner, we deliver high-impact entrepreneurship programs including the Better Business Accelerator, Better Business Bootcamp, youth digital literacy and technology initiatives, regional pitch competitions, and one-on-one technical assistance that directly supports rural founders and early-stage entrepreneurs.
