6140 Fitness is a full service all female gym located in Houston, Tx. We have resistance equipment, free weights, and cardio equipment to help ladies keep their health in optimal condition while building and maintaining the body that they desire. One of the owners is a nationally recognized IFBB PRO bodybuilder, able and willing to assist clients in the gym. We offer personal training, group fitness classes, body building contest prep, and posing coaching.
